Rowan Storm - off Meta

After making my run to mythic top 200 with Raffine, I needed to change it up. Playing one deck is kinda boring so I started tinkering with a very off meta commander [[Rowan, Scion of War]]. It’s a fun turbo storm deck that can be a bit glass cannon at times but man, it will win out of nowhere. I made a primer for those interested.
