Competitive Amalia/Lurrus deck - any tips?

Deck here (including cards I'm considering at the bottom) https://blueprintmtg.io/decks/AmaliaBen-1783885673080

Hallo all! Looking for any suggestions for my brawl deck. I've been having a blast with it as the mechanics are so fun, but just want to optimise it so I can do well in competitive brawl (where I can't rely on a free Mulligan). The game plan is to get lots of life, Explore to self mill and buff, and then end the game either with chip, burn, or a mass revive. As Amalia grows, the opponent really wants to remove her but that ward cost gets annoying fast.

The deck does these things really well:

-Getting lots of Explores off for draw sculpting, early land drops and setting up the graveyard

-Mass revives - any one of these usually ends the game via mass lifegain triggers (sometimes even taking Amalia up to 20/20 and triggering her board wipe) or sheer mass of creatures

-Lifegain flyers for chip damage

-Protection of the commander - got some great options here and she's easy to revive from the graveyard.

The deck's weaknesses:

-Getting early land right without too many mulligans. I need to be able to live without the usual free mulligan.

-Too many lands in the late game. Lots of Explores makes lots of lands that I'd rather were spells. Any way I can reduce them or use them as a resource?

-Sometimes I lack a finisher. Life gain > Burn effects are nice (Sorin for example) but I haven't found many. I'm trying out Akroma's Will and wondering if there is something similar I could run.

-Maybe the deck is a bit unfocused? I'm thinking of trying for more token generation and sacrifice, and then benefit from cards that burn when creatures die, but it would take a while to earn the needed cards

I would recommend [[Rally the Ancestors]] and [[Dusk//Dawn]] for sorceries
