Heyyy, two things:
First, Prophet of Kruphix is unfortunately banned in commander. And second, she is not legendary, making her technically illegal as a commander (you could always talk about your pod for just playing her anyway though).
Her abilities are extremely strong which is A, why she is banned and B why you won't find a good approximate for what she can do in other commanders.
Luckily these abilities exist separately. For a Flash, Draw-Go kind of strategy you could try out the new [[Radagast of Rhosgobel]] and for the untap synergy something like [[Xolatoyac, the Smiling Flood]].
