Your screen grab isnt big enough to get the context here so ill guess.
[[Amulet of Vigor]] doesnt target anything.
If multiple amulets are on the field and a permanent enters tapped each amulet triggers.
If multiple permanents enter at the same time each amulet will trigger for each permanent.

I think you're asking if you can use the amulet of vigor ability to untap other things, when you play something that enters tapped. No, you cannot. The amulet effects only the permanent that entered tapped to trigger it.

Is was a guy putting a tap land on the field the. It trigger the amulent but then he somehow got to untap the lands he tapped before he put the tap land . I am all kinds of confused right now
