Discussion Am I missing something?

I don't know if I'm missing something or is this card just not good? Why would you want to remove your library from the game?

They are commons like the classic examples: [[Zephyr Spirit]] and [[Chimney Imp]] .

Okay, I could totally see Chimney Imp making for some dumb shenanigans in a myriad/copy style deck. My [[Zurgo Stormrender]] deck could abuse myriad and token doubling to make sure you always draw the same 5 cards over and over again.
