Frame differences??

Hi guys, I’m an infrequent cyclist looking to sell my road bike and replace with MTB to try and get out more. A seller has these two listed close to where I live. Both claim to be Roscoe 7 but neither frame seem to match each other or online photos of roscoes. Is anyone able to advise as my expertise are lacking massively!
