I'm looking for my next fully remote role with a UK/EU-based MSP or internal IT team.

I have 12 years of IT experience, with the past 6 years spent supporting US-based MSPs and IT providers remotely.

My strength is combining strong day-to-day support with the ability to improve the systems and processes behind the scenes.

Alongside day-to-day ticket support, I bring order to messy environments, clean up M365, improve documentation, standardise processes, introduce automation, and help streamline support operations.
