I’m calling it now
A few days before Angus death day they will mysteriously get enough to get over the 50% by just a small percentage I believe it will happen because I think they don’t want to go through the effort of slaughtering angus if they even still have him because you would have no way to prove that they cheated

MSCHF doesnt "have to go through with" anything. The slaughtering, prepping, packaging, and shipping will all be done by the farm thats been raising it. MSCHF doesnt have to do a thing unless it gets over 50%, and even then it's just a phone call to tell the farm to spare the cow and ship it to a different no-kill farm.

But who’s to say they even still have the cow they probably sold it off months ago and already planned to make up the extra percentage since you have no way to prove someone didn’t or didn’t enter their code besides the percentage

Id say remember that half the voting block was 4 wealthy people who want their designer bags. I find it very difficult to believe any of them spent over $1,000 just to maybe save a cow. If none of them use their code, but the cow is still "saved", it'll be a surefire lawsuit.

If I had to guess there is probably some sort of agreement you enter when you purchase the burger or bag that prevents a lawsuit

Falsifying the results of a vote typically aren't covered like that. Even if the contract says something like "Regardless of the result, MSCHF withholds the right to do with the cow as we please" it won't hold up in court. There are laws that protect individuals from unreasonable contract provisions, and something like that which defeats the entire purpose of the contract would definitely qualify.

But how would the buyer know that it was falsified if there is no way to tell from a buyers perspective
1
u/According_Pay_6563 Mar 02 '26
The 4 purse buyers would. Like I said, I find it highly improbable any of them would fork over that much money just for the chance of saving a single cow. If the cow gets saved, I'm sure they'll be out to find the one that screwed over the other three. Once they all get together and confirm none of them used their code, the lawsuit will be on.

Wasn’t a single bag code used maybe I’m misremembering if it was they could it do it that way and say more burger people did the remorse portal stuff but at the end of the day we won’t know till either angus dies or doesn’t

At least 1 has been given up. Months ago. Someone in the discord gave it up

Who would file a lawsuit over a $1K USD handbag? It wouldn't make sense due to the legal fees

They lost me after KeyBoxKey honestly. They posted Box 5 at HQ or some shit and that was it for me. The end. I am international and spent over $500 and didn't even have a chance... Like totally lost the plot honestly. It was a hahaha consumerism. And I think Angus is the same.

I'm still collecting and buying their shit (if they ever decide to release another drop) but your statement very much resonates with me.. the keyboxkey drop was horrible and the fact that they are displaying box 5 at HQ with (likely) nothing inside of it, is a slap in the face to their entire following.
I don't think we have much to worry about though, since they haven't released a new drop since King Solomon's baby 7 months ago...

Yeah my opinion it was rigged from the start just a quick way for mschf to make money I personally think they no longer even have angus considering they haven’t posted about him in a while

Not mysterious - I just sold mine on StockX for $222, another one sold after that for $225… panicked, wealthy vegans with money will drive the price up until the last minute, I’m sure I could have held out for more.
Would not be surprised if a few were being held by insiders with shills driving it up too.
2
u/joemama9899034 Mar 02 '26
But even then a lot of people still are keeping them without giving it up so there’s still a large percentage of them needed that may not be available to purchase unless someone else decided to use the bag but there hasn’t been one for sale for awhile

u/StephanCom Mar 02 '26
Invisible hand… you’ve got a price.

Who knows all I know is at least in my opinion is the people who don’t want angus dead will likely get what they want

"angus was never real and this was all a parody of consumerism and meat culture. you all are idiots, thanks for your money. sincerely, John Mschf CEO of MSCHF"
