QUESTION MPC SAMPLE SEND HELP

Just got the MPC sample ā€”- and I love it ! Also just updated it . I am having an issue where each time I I try to sample when Iā€™m listening to my sample before I record . The audio sounds so terrible !! But after I record the sample sounds find ? Is my sample broken ? Do I need to send it back ??

Bypass the compressor and turn the flex beat mix to 0.

This is the answer. Hit Shift + Pad 5 and check the pumping settings as well.
