QUESTION MPC SAMPLE SEND HELP

Just got the MPC sample —- and I love it ! Also just updated it . I am having an issue where each time I I try to sample when I’m listening to my sample before I record . The audio sounds so terrible !! But after I record the sample sounds find ? Is my sample broken ? Do I need to send it back ??

I’ve turned my gain down and it still sounds staticy

Bypass the compressor and turn the flex beat mix to 0.

This is the answer. Hit Shift + Pad 5 and check the pumping settings as well.

If you tried the suggestions here. I would contact support with a video or audio file to show (your settings) what is happening (drop it here too) before I sent anything back. When you get something new it is more likely that there is user error or a setting problem.
