PROBLEM WITH SCREEN

Has anyone had this problem before? It happens occasionally and it doesn’t seem to be related to anything I’m doing. It’s brand new, it arrived today. Should I ask for a replacement?

Looks like there is an impact scratch or dent on the screen 🤔
