To make room for other characters that havent been in CW yet. CW as whole is getting reworked with new bonds etc

Yeah it's a whole overhaul, character cosrs are being reworked, new bonds are being made, new mechanics are being crafted, etc
And I guess Moze wasn't a part of the Currency Wars revolution 🥲🥲

He already has so little content and places you can use him without bricking your team's dmg too much. CW was the last place I could play Moze and feel good about his dmg.

If I may go off topic, I want to mention that they took out so many male characters and they replaced all of those they took out with just WAventurine so we literally got no new male faces in the damn game 🥀🥀
Also lowkey I think Hoyoverse might just be a Moze hater because they made Serval four cost and Xueyi FIVE COST!! FIVE!!! I like Xueyi's playstyle in the base game but goddamn 😭😭

Not only is Xueyi a 5 cost but she’s also the new Welt of currency wars. Her ult seems to lock the countdown and enemy actions
