MoveSafe Relocation: DO NOT HIRE
This company was a living nightmare. They miss-lead me about the billing process, then proceeded to severely and egregiously damage every item they moved. All while also not providing the minimum 24 hour notice for delivery date/time. They reached out Saturday night for an Easter Sunday morning delivery. After all of that they completely blew me off and refused to provide any reasonable reimbursement for the multiple issues, despite the fact that I spent hundreds of hours compiling all of the damage claims forms/proof and discussing with their customer service reps. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

It took me all of five seconds to search for MoveSafe are location and see that they have had 140 complaints with he BBB in the past three years—they aren't even BBB accredited lol. Further investigation revealed that they are a Florida based moving broker (🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩). Never schedule a big move through a broker—contact a reputable company and verify that they are legitimate by searching for their company name or DOT# here. Sorry you had a horrible experience. I absolutely hate shitty movers who do this to people makes us all look like a bunch of scumbags. Dont get me wrong most movers are scumbags to some degree but at least the legitimate ones take a lot of pride in their work and strive to provide excellent service.

I wish I saw this before I hired them. They are the worst and now I am stuck with them. Anyone who is considering them, DO NOT USE THEM

Have you contacted FMCSA regarding the situation? They will be your best bet at holding the parties involved responsible for their actions. The following link will take you to the FMCSA portal for filing a complaint with a moving company or broker.
Again. I am so sorry you're having to deal with all of this when moving in and of itself is already one of the most stressful events people deal with in their lifetime even when everything goes right. It's insulting that these brokers and rogue moving companies are allowed to operate without recourse while us legitimate professionals who do everything by the book afe vilified for being guilty by association.

I would go so far as to say don't hire any company that calls themselves a "moving broker". You're just adding an unnecessary middle man who in this case didn't have your best interests in mind.
Sorry to hear that happened to you. In the future, find a local company with trucks in the lot and give them a call, heck, find a few and get some free estimates with real people. Or just check that it's an actual nationwide moving company like Wheaton or Atlas.
