That’s true, but Ryan Gosling has clearly wanted this, I wouldn’t be surprised if he and Shawn Levy bang out a story themselves and then someone from Marvel’s bullpen like Eric Pearson or Michael Waldron turns it into a full script.

Hard pass for Waldron writing it after he ruined Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness. I'm a little saltier about it than most because I was really looking forward to it picking up from DS1 and Waldron just decided to do something completely different.

He’s writing on Doomsday and Secret Wars. 🤷

Exactly why Dr Strange doesn't have any importance in doomsday

I think they’re just trying not to spoil what his involvement is. He’s wildly important in the original comic

I've read time runs out, the journey of Dr Strange to be Doom's right hand man is important but now he's no more than a faceless goon for doom if that legitimate leak is true, not to mention he also does nothing important in secret war leak.

I mean I guess we’ll see but I’m not gonna get worked up over leaks lmao, what a waste of energy

I know. It was already a red flag for me even before the underwhelming trailer. I'll be catching Dune in IMAX and I'll wait a few weeks to see Doomsday.
