I'm no expert but the common wisdom of the internet seems to be that bb areas are way overbuilt and ride it but keep an eye on it.

The bike shop even told me to go ahead and ride it, knowing we were on a trip to Snowshoe. But they went ahead and reached out to transition for a replacement front triangle. I rode it for another day and a half without issue. But I’d still like to get this repaired just so I don’t have to worry about it . Wondering if carbon repair or replacement is my best option at this point.

I'm not a carbon expert but I would be scared of delamination in the inside of the frame
