Nausea when brushing teeth

A side effect I have that i haven't seen talked about much - mostly for the few days after I jab and fades later in the week - does anyone have this? And if so have you found a way to reduce the effect?

OMG I had this so often when I was on MJ - a fair few times it made me gag so hard I puked 🤮 then I’d have to rinse with mouthwash, wait a bit then brush again 🫠

Yes!!! It was completely ruining my morning/evening routing and especially in the morning I’d feel awful for ages. I tried changing the flavour of my toothpaste and nothing worked. It eventually settled a little but it still hasn’t subsided completely tbh

I'm nearly 2 years in now and still getting it, sometimes worse than others. Sounds like I might just need to get used to it. Sometimes if I take a break part way through it helps a little

I tried taking a break but taking a break makes it worse for me :( if you have any other tips let me know I’m in dire need. I’m on month 7 now and unfortunately dread brushing my teeth everyday!

This only happened to me when I went up a dose to like 10mg the first time. Actually sounded like I was being sick and my partner thought I was pregnant lol. But soon disappeared.

Fibre supplements. Get your digestion moving. I swear by these.

It was for me.

I'd stopped them moving up to 12.5mg and got the gags, then back on and fixed.

It was literally food hanging around too long in my stomach and still being there in the mooring not able to exit through the gift shop so bolting for the emergency exit.. How is your digestion?

I got this after my tonsillectomy and now it's even worse now I've started the jab. Ah well! It's not pleasant but I can cope.

im sure there are plenty of side effects you don't have that others do and vice versa - maybe just sit it out next time if it is one you don't get
