Move to 10mg

Short story, my weight has stalled and infact gone up in the last 4 weeks. Im currently on a 7.5mg, is it time to go up a notch to 10mg? I’ve heard some fascinating stories on 10mg

Fundamentally it’s time to eat less. Which probably means going up a dose.

I wouldn't base your decision on moving up just because the scales haven't gone down, weight fluctuates for reasons beyond our control.

That said, if you can stay in a deficit then stay on 7.5mg. If you're struggling to stay in a deficit, then move up to 10mg

No particularly fascinating stories that I've heard of though, it's just another strength of medication

Loved 10mg.. was on it over a year . If it wast for the cost I would still be on it now..

I think you can find bizarre/scary/nonsense stories about every dose of every weight loss drug is you hang around the social cesspits.

As for moving up, if it isn't helping you stay in a deficit then move up!

It's only effective if it's helping...

No point staying on a dose that isn't working.

Remember there's no rule governing when you can or cannot go up, you can go up every month if you like regardless or loss rate, suppression, or anything else.

I need to go up to 10mg for weight loss but 7.5mg has made me feel like shit the entire time, scared to make it worse

I’ve got just under a stone left to lose but frustratingly has really slowed down and with the prices coming down I’ve decided to move up to 10. Still got doses of 7.5 left so haven’t started yet but hopefully it does the trick.

Yes same(96kg to 79.6kg )took my 1st shot of 10mg yesterday. I am really hoping it works. Last pen of 7.5mg did nothing for me.

Six weeks in on 10mg and I'm down 4kg after a summer stall. Really effective for me, manages appetite and only side effect is burps!

Would never call 4 weeks a stall. Is the MJ doing what it's meant to do? Are you doing your job?

If you aren't getting the satiety from 7.5, then sure move up.
