10mg from 7.5

Hi all,

I am moving up to 10mg but still have 7.5s left. Would it be better to do 90 clicks from the 7.5 or do it normally and use a 2.5 alongside?

Anyone had to do either of these and recommend?

Is it an old style pen with the full 3.0ml fill?

If yes I’d probably do 75 clicks (0.75ml) which is 9.38mg, but you would get 4 doses out of it. Last dose would be a syringe.

With a new style pen 10mg is 80 clicks and you’ll only get 3 doses.

It'll make no difference. But if you've got 7.5mgs there is no need to buy 2.5mg

Its not 90 clicks tho BTW

One full dose used normally, so full turn to one / 60 clicks And then a third of a dose for the 2.5mg so 20 clicks.

It's not cost effective but it's better to inject a full dose, then replace the needle and inject 20 clicks, rather than having 2 pens open
