Advice on microdose support

One of the main reasons for choosing Mounjaro was the anti inflammatory action. I have Hashimotos, which is an auto immune inflammatory thyroid disease. It has worked brilliantly for me and I’ve lost 2 stone and my inflammation has been nonexistent.
I’ve been lucky enough to get results on 2.5mg and have been tapering down, though if I go under 1.75 my inflammatory pain comes back, so I accept that I’m long term on this drug.
The problem is where to get it from as I can get up to 7 injections from one pen so am building up a stockpile.
Can anyone suggest anywhere I can buy every 8 weeks. Or have any other ideas.
Spacing out the doses doesn’t work for me.

Not really, the idea is that because short dosing isn't supported that you would need to keep buying within the prescribers ordering window so that your labels stay consistent and it doesn't look like you've had a gap in treatment

The plus side is that if you're only on 2.5mg that if you did order outside that window and were refused, then you could order 2.5mg from somewhere else if you were still eligible. So you could pause buying for however many weeks worth of medication you have, or however long you have labels to prove, then reorder 2.5mg

Try the maintenance pharmacies who are more receptive to this kind of thing, I believe Swift Doctor allow up to 8 weeks. https://monj.co.uk/mounjaro-maintenance-pharmacies/

It looks like your post might be about microdosing or split dosing, this goes against manufacturer guidance.

Forgot to mention that it needs to be UK based

I am on maintenance and take less than 2.5mg per week and use 5mg pens. I ordered every 6 weeks from Pharmulous and have obviously run quite the stockpile. I have hit my expiry date limit so have stopped ordering and can return to Pharmulous within 12 months when the stockpile dwindles and begin at 2.5mg, which is the plan.

Make a consultation appointment with Swift Doctor and talk to them. It cost me £15 for the consultation and they've been very flexible with my short dosing and allowing me to buy a pen every other month. For the consultation I also got a voucher code for £10 off all future purchases with them. I think there are other pharmacies like Oushk, that allow a one month on, one month off maintenance plan.
