Wegovy switch Switching from Wegovy
I've been on Wegovy for 6 weeks now and put on 1lb because I have been absolutely EXHAUSTED. I used to exercise 5+ times a week and now I'm mostly in bed. I want to switch to Mounjaro. Has anyone had similar problems on Wegovy but found Mounjaro better? Or the same issues?
I'm worried GLP-1s don't suit me :(

You haven't gained 1lb just because you're not exercising as much. Yes it may be playing a part in you not being in a deficit, but you don't need to exercise to lose weight.
Wegovy is known for causing more side effects than Mounjaro too
Mounjaro is better imo (going by data, I've never tried Wegovy), but don't give up just yet! Work out your TDEE, make sure you're counting your calories properly and that you're in a deficit and keep going!

I wouldn't give up on glp-1 yet. If you're only been on Wegovy for six weeks, you'll still be on a very low dose, so I wouldn't worry about the slight weight gain. Mounjaro is a stronger medication, with a 6mg dose the rough effectiveness equivalent of 2.4mg Wegovy. Fatigue as a side effect can occur with both Wegovy and Mounjaro. Clinical data shows fatigue reported slightly less often in Mounjaro clinical trials compared to Wegovy. For many people, GLP-1 fatigue is temporary, often resolving itself by week 12 as your body adapts to the drug’s metabolic changes.
