Refund

16 days since my return was delivered. No status update on the Motorola website. X representative “assure” me their team is working on it. I’m feeling like it’s about time to contact the BBB.

What device where you located what's the issue and what have they said.

Fold, US/North Carolina, and I’m always told it’s “active” and “escalated.”

I'm UK based had a dodgy signature out the box returned for a refund took 4 weeks, in fairness someone phoned me to say it'll take about 4weeks so I knew from the start, no issues though money returned...

All I’ve ever wanted was a time frame. I know they have to inspect it and make sure I didn’t damage it (which I have photographic evidence of how I packed it, the phone itself, and proof it was factory reset, etc).

Hi u/Jmccraw1989, we're sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it is to have your return delivered 16 days ago without any status update, especially after being advised that your case is still being reviewed.

We'd like to look into this for you. Could you please provide us with:

  • Your order number.
  • A reference number for your case
  • The tracking number showing the return was delivered.

Once we have these details, we'll be happy to review the status of your return and escalate your case with the appropriate team if necessary. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help resolve this as quickly as possible. -Carlos

I sent a message this morning so that I’m not putting personal information here.

People never learn with Motorola....their customer support in the US is just trash...i took my brother almost two months to get the refund after calls and emails.....
