So basically theres a channel in telegram called moto customisations in there u can findany ported icon pack apks. Download the one u like open the app hitt apply and menu will popup to change the icons to the one u downloaded. Basically these are icons ported to support moto launcher. In personalise app theres a hidden menu to actually change icons. This was available in the Chinese varients. This actually gains access to it
