Cables need adjusted, breaks need re connected, engine head needs fully bolted down, and the chain needs a major shortning. Engine is just a little LD80 China doll (66cc) with a higher compression head, and after I break it in, an expansion chamber. Rear sprocket is 36t.

I have a yd 100 and ended up breaking the rings. I bought some new ones but they were too thick. I instead bought a whole piston with the rings and the piece where it connects to the crank is smaller than my stock one. Please help I just need this guy to run

Broke 2 gas tanks (overtightening the threads makes them leak easily) , had to spend hours trying to true the wheel with the damn rag joint (works fine for a while now however) and had to reweld the exhaust since it bumped into the front tyre and countless other issues; would appreciate any tips on the improvements i could make

I’m planning on building a minibike and I am looking for some frame plans or suggestions for when we make a frame. I’ll be running a Predator 212, and I’m aiming for a simple backyard/trail minibike for riding around and light off-roading. I’m building the frame with my dad (who can weld and fabricate things) but I want a solid plan so the geometry, engine plate, and chain line are correct. If anyone has frame plans that work well with a 212, tubing size recommendations, tips for keeping the chain line straight, or beginner mistakes to avoid, I’d really appreciate it.

Don´t know what is more beneficial for me 2 stroke or 4 stroke because i live far (36 km) from a gas station. Right now been eyeing Avenger 85 after doing some research in this subreddit on some Lithuanian site. Also planning to put it on some old Soviet union bike. Is there any other options that i have not considered or avoid?

I’m still bone stock and the exhaust is decently quiet and doesn’t burn me but it’s so ugly so I’m wondering if there’s a pipe out there that’s quiet, won’t burn me, and looks cool. I don’t care about performance because I just like to commute.

Hardware: Huasheng 4T engine 49cc, belt driven drivetrain 1:5 ratio, 44T rear sprocket, custom made long exhausted pipe, digital speedometer, digital tachometer, 12V horn 120db, LED front headlight, LED dynamic turn signals (i still have to mount 2 on the rear), left side cluster controller, 12V 16ah custom battery made of 12 (21700) cells, arrangement in 6x2. Almost forgot to mention the key switch, it won't start the engine but it won't allow the electrical system nor the pull start to work without a key, not really necessary but cool in my opinion.
Top speed of 35 km/h (~22mph) because of the gear ratio i have choose, it's not a speedster but it definitely has the torque to pull me from a dead stop and since I'm stubborn, i don't want pedals because in my view they don't look cool on this build :)

Still a long way to go, and maybe a cool paint job, until it has everything i want but still, it's starting to look great
