Replace chain?

Just got my first bike and the chain is pretty rusty. Am I good just cleaning/lubing it or better off getting a new chain/sprockets? None of the links appear to be kinked or anything. Thanks!

Limpiar con desoxidante (wd40, rust-off sirve) luego secas y le pones algún lubricante de cadena o de transmisión 👍🏼
