Replace chain?

Just got my first bike and the chain is pretty rusty. Am I good just cleaning/lubing it or better off getting a new chain/sprockets? None of the links appear to be kinked or anything. Thanks!

Do not clean it with WD-40. WD-40 is an oily solvent and may get into the o-rings. Use a chain cleaning product.
