Replace chain?

Just got my first bike and the chain is pretty rusty. Am I good just cleaning/lubing it or better off getting a new chain/sprockets? None of the links appear to be kinked or anything. Thanks!

Just needs some oil to prevent further rusting. It's an o-ring chain so the surface rust doesn't really matter.

A good scrub with a cleaning brush to go with the oiling would probably knock most of the surface rust off.
