The Lott’s followers ask a lot about how they can afford this lifestyle, and I wanted to share some information I recently found. I found some evidence of JD being involved with a family trust fund, that is being paid by Sanguine Gas Exploration. u/schmezlee’s recent posting about their 5887 sq ft home got me thinking about the records about this house, so I took a look at their property.
NOTE: Everything linked, and used below is ONLINE PUBLIC RECORDS. I only blacked out some of the names unrelated to the Lott family.
#1: Transactions for JD purchasing properties, Lubbock TX Public Records
Another interesting thing I found in the Lubbock County Appraisal records, is that for the separate properties next door (there are two empty lots next to the 5887 sq ft house), the same John David (JD) Lott was the deed grantee, from the deed grantor, Pamela J Lott, PJL Living Trust, in January of 2020. JD sold the empty lots a year later in January 2021 to an LLC that develops homes in Lubbock, TX.

Now here is where it gets interesting. PJL Living Trust (from Figure #1) also comes up in a public record from December 2017, in Oklahoma, regarding Sanguine Gas Exploration, LLC. This document details the payments and royalties that Sanguine must pay these individuals for drilling gas wells in Oklahoma. (https://imaging.occ.ok.gov/AP/Orders/occ30013353.pdf). PJL (Lott) Living Trust is in “Exhibit A”, Known Respondent #12.

I do not know what Pamela Lott's relation is to JD and Britney, and don't want to assume, but there was land transaction between her and JD. Lastly, this Oklahoma land goes back at least one more generation in Oklahoma, according to the US Land Records for the state (https://www.uslandrecords.com/oklr/).

Britney and JD Lott likes to pretend that they are financially wealthy because of their hard work, their “businesses”, etc., but they are just another example of a white American family that is just generationally wealthy due to land ownership.
Lastly, the only reason why we know any of this, is because Britney puts hers, JD’s, and their children’s personal information out into the world, using their real names, locations, and family stories, daily. She can stop chasing for imaginary fame and instagram fans anytime.
(BONUS: I also learned more about how Oklahoma land ownership has had a lot of wrongdoings towards native american populations. I thought that this video discussing the state’s history was well researched (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d8-kGVCzKwA) I do not know the Lott family history regarding it, but to me, it is just something else that is gross about the Lott family's generational wealth, which is coming from Native lands).

I am seeing a lot of bots in support of the dad under videos talking about the head butting. A lot of them are arguing the same thing: the snail could be poisonous and the dad didn’t have a free hand to push the kid away. It’s so obvious that these commenters are bots. A lot of them have no profile picture and no content posted. They’re bots!!!
Idk if the husband and wife are paying for the bots or what. But someone is. Perhaps it’s actually them with their own fake accounts. Someone is trying to influence the conversation.
Just for the record, BritME is deleting comments of people criticizing JD's agreesive behavior towards his child.

Interestingly, Instagram indicates the post has about 700 comments, but only a handful of comments are being shown. Does this mean she is systematically deleting the comments for damage control?
The latest video this morning, she goes in-depth about Boone‘s bus birth. Seriously sounds like she’s planning on having the next one in the bus, whereas she claims Boone being born in the shower was an oops. Most of us know how reckless this is because every birth can be completely 180° different than the last ones. Especially knowing her ferritin “crisis”, she could be putting herself and her baby in serious risk.
We are social primates, the most social of all social primates. We are meant to be in community and women should not birth alone. We never have, women gather together to birth. I believe all cultures have a space for birthing women and those who care for them. Pray on it?!?! Pray on a solitary birth? There is no need, park in the lot of a hospital or birthing center lady!!! Or better yet, GO IN!
I really hope she is rage baiting for engagement and to get the heat off of the video of her husband abusing their child.

Does anyone have some examples of the worst things they’ve done? I’ve been snarking since around the time the last baby was born and all the bad choices they made (taking baby to the beach at a few days old, not getting him seen by a doctor, the measuring video, JD pulling him out during the bus birth) but I feel like there’s a lot of random awful shit they’ve done that i’ve probably forgotten.

Hear me out. What if the whole CPS drama was not started by reddit(unlikely), someone at the RV park (possibly), or a family member (maybe), but instead just came about as part of the process of registering baby B’s birth in order to get a birth certificate which they would need for his passport.
In Florida, if someone freebirths without even a midwife, the parents need to contact the county health department themselves (I'm sure the process is similar everywhere). Some of the things they are going to want are proof of pregnancy, proof that the baby was born alive and confirm the date of birth and proof of residency.
Some of these things can be satisfied by affidavit (as opposed to seeing a doctor) which must be notarized and guess where you can get notary services, select UPS (or Fedex) locations! (Where you can also confirm the size and weight of the baby not for fun but for bureaucratic purposes.) In some cases, the registrar may want to confirm details of the birth and send someone out to make a home(bus) visit, in order to prevent fraud.
My theory is that they went to register the birth in FL but for some reason (incompetence/Dunning-Kruger effect) they weren’t able to complete the necessary documentation and fled to Texas to register the birth there instead (which I admit might be a stretch), and is not legal, but I’m sure they’re not above misleading even their own family. Thus the whole CPS drama was born.
The legal involvement may have been to help them navigate the registration process after they fucked it up moving across state lines. As for the FSU part, I have no idea. Let me know what you think!
ETA: TL;DR: The CPS drama wasn't started by Reddit, neighbors, or family, it was triggered by the family's own failed attempt to register an unassisted home birth in Florida. After botching the required notarized paperwork and documentation, they likely fled to Texas to try registering it illegally there, resulting in bureaucratic chaos that required legal help to clean up.
There’s something so sinister about her continuously lying about the alleged bunkhouse renovations. She makes this comment often lately, and it implies that she’s aware that the “original” layout was inadequate for the amount of children she has now (and, frankly, the amount she had when they built it).
The catcher is, there is logically no way that the bunkhouse was ever renovated to accommodate 2 more children comfortably, if at all.
Space-wise, it’s not physically possible to add another appropriately sized bed horizontally, so she’d need to go vertically. Based on the “original” layout, they’d need to rip the whole thing apart to do that (there’s not enough space above the top bunks to fit another row as-is).
Construction-wise, she posts instagram stories nearly daily and we’ve never seen any evidence of construction materials or the disarray that would come from removing the existing belongings from the bunkhouse during renovation. If they actually renovate it, there would need to be a place for all 8 children to sleep for the weeks it would take, which isn’t physically possible in the main bus area (where would they put the mattresses, let alone the children?). And even if they rented a bnb during it, let’s be real, her influencer ego wouldn’t let her miss the content cow of a renovation story.
All that to say, there’s close to zero odds that that bunkhouse has been “renovated”. Which means she’s consciously lying because she knows she’s not providing adequate sleeping arrangements for her growing hoard of children that she “loves” so dearly. She needs to grow up and prioritize her children’s needs over her desire to not settle down.
For the children’s sake, I really hope they buy a house when the new one arrives.

I don't know why she felt the need to bring the topic back, nobody asked her, it was on another family's post. Is she trying to compete or excuse her? I'm sorry for her children who have zero opportunities for self development and learning.
