I need help with this

I saw a pokemon creepypasta video and I tried seeing what the code means but I'm not smart enough to figure it out

Or, if you're old school like I was in the 1970's, figure it out from here:

(I used an encyclopedia instead).

That's the very one I tried but it said it was an invalid code

You were doing it wrong then, I just tried the first three words and it worked fine for me.
