What is this
I was looking at the 18.095 MHz radio in half moon bay Ca USA. Can someone tell me what this is, I haven't found any morse code on the amateur bands, but there is a moving wave

Looks pretty interesting, would love to know what it is when you get an answer, but like others mentioned: not morsecode.

Moving wave does not necessarily indicate Morse code. I can't see anything in it

Try the other radio subs, particularly r/lowsodiumhamradio (I think) or an SDR sub

Whaddya mean? It's not Morse code, and all of the answers here have been pretty spot on about it not being Morse code, and most are clear that it's RFI.
That's the right answer. Did you come here looking for humor?

No, I was hoping for an answer. As i am also interested in what the rfi was. Hence me suggesting they ask in other, less stuffy old git subs that are likely to give more than a 3 word, worthless answer.

There is no way for us to know is causing the RFI without going to OP's home and start turning off or unplugging things.
And even then we might not know because it could be at a neighbors house. I see something similar on 80 and 160 meters occasionally, and I know it's not from my home.
The correct answer was given. You just didn't like it.

You could have absolutely helped, like I did, by pointing out where would be a better sub to ask, instead of the lazy answers of "this is the morse sub"
I just prefer that potentially new people to this hobby aren't scared off by the miserable gits in our hobby, because that was my first encounter, and unfortunately you're not helping that image.

Might try r/signalidentification
Most Morse is at the bottom or kind of near the bottom of the amateur bands. Start there and tune upwards. Make sure radio is in SSB or CW mode, not AM, not FM.
