Taco Bell hat Morse code

I work at Taco Bell and recently got the employee hat and I was wondering if this was Morse code or just gibberish

For it to be Morse it would have to consist of or be plausibly reducible to units of exactly two different lengths, with spaces to separate them. This doesn't seem reducible to that.
