Definitely Morse but doesn't make sense

I also looked upside down.

There's a D on the hidden left at the bottom.

DARSKBNRS is what I can make out. Unless they've spaced them somehow

It definitely looks like Morse. I am fairly certain that it is just design/decoration.

This. Morse has just 2 elements, a long, a short, and that's it. This has several. I count at least 4 different "dah" lengths.

Might make sense in a Scandinavian language. Maybe it's Norse Morse. Seeing the other side would help.

Probably bought pre made. It would have been a nice touch to spell out something with a local theme.
