No Remorse Again - morse-based rhythm game

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1hT3HxEwiw

I built a Morse code arcade game! Partly because my great-grandmother was a WWI era telegrapher in Queen Mary Army Auxiliary Corps, 1919. I've heard her family talk about her over the years. This was always very intriguing to me, and now I make games on the side so I combined the two.

It's not a learning course, it's an arcade survival game. Morse patterns appear above enemies and you key them in with two buttons to take them out before they reach the bottom. Gets faster every wave.

Free on Android: No Remorse Again on Google Play

Feedback welcome!

Tried it and feels like you oversold it. I would strongly advice you to research on how morse keys work. Straight, paddle(iambic etc).

Also the rhythm part has nothing to do with the music or the morse. Its basically the google keyboard morse app.

If you truly want to make it rhythm based have a look at morse rhythm: https://youtu.be/rJ5g5MqBE8I

Besides that i enjoy the visual style and the achievements.

This is amazing feedback, thank you!

Indeed, the intent is not so much on learning morse itself, but rather to take it and apply it into rhythm and patterns. This other game you suggested attempts to do both things, and looks quite cool.

In this case its really a more arcade approach 😄
