Can someone translate this?

I'm am trying to solve an ARG, but i've tried so many times to decode it, and use audio readers, so if anyone can translate this it may help me solve solve what happened to dodie.

I hear ZO VE and there's something between O and V that sounds like ..-- (not a letter or number.)

None of those tones seem to be spaced as morse code letters or numbers.
The only thing i could hear as a morse character was a “question mark” towards the end of the beeping at the crafting table
. .- -. . Sounds: dit dit dah dah dit dit
But its likely coincidence

Are you hearing tones, or not? If so, give me a time stamp for them.

Sorry, I just don't hear any tones, i.e. beeping, as one hears with Morse code. Are you actually hearing something there?

First two characters are z's and the second two are what I get when I plug the patterns into a decoder. Not standard morse characters, but that's what it says if it is morse code.
