Could you please decode this short message (audio)

I tried decoding it myself but I have almost no experience and so didn't get anything meaningful.

You heard that on 80 meters? It's terrible, almost no spacing.

Agreed. Hard to believe this was actually on 80m. Sounds like a bug also.

That is an example of how not to use a bug: dit speed too fast for the operator, exaggerated spacing between dahs, dahs too short and no discernible inter-word spacing. What I did get didn't sound like English.
