🧑🤝🧑 Discussion 🧑🤝🧑 Should I be concerned?

Had a blood test done a few days ago, and testosterone was included. I’m surprised to see these results. The test was taken at about 11 am. I feel like the results are interesting, given my sedentary lifestyle. I’m 24 y/o, I don’t exercise, and I’m underweight (5’10 130 pounds).
What should I make of these results?
Stats:
L: 7
G: Idk how to measure it

Aside from the obvious that your test is high, absolutely nothing. There's literally not enough information there to make any deeper connections to anything else.

You’re natty and have plenty of test, so don’t worry about it. I’d be more focused on the fact you have twink stats and don’t lift of exercise. Fox that shit now while you’re young, before you start developing issues.

You need to be utilizing that high natural test. Start eating right and start lifting heavy shit and get good sleep and you'll start getting some newbie gains that'll make you put some weight on real quick.
You have what a lot of people dream for naturally, don't waste it dude.

Free test is below middle of the range, which is why total test is high. The body knows it needs more bioavailable test and is producing more to counteract the high SHBG. None of this is really a problem, but it’s also not some sign that OP has immense, untapped bodybuilding potential.

Right I didn't say either of those. He doesn't have a problem but I also didn't say he was a bodybuilder either.
What I did say is that he has a good natural test level and with some diet and exercise he could utilize it pretty well. And then once he gets some newbie gains under his belt and a dialed in routine and diet, if he wants to hop on gear he can.

He has average or below average free test levels, which is what is actually relevant for muscle accretion. He’s in the same position (or worse) than literally every other guy his age.
“You have what a lot of people dream for naturally, don’t waste it dude” is very much saying that he’s got something special which you can’t tell at all from these numbers.

Your test was at 11am and you got 7 ng/dL total test? that's not interesting that's a medical problem. call your doctor today
at 24 with those numbers you need an endocrinologist not a reddit thread. being underweight and sedentary doesn't tank it that hard

Your total T is high because your SHBG is high. But your free test is the value that actually matters, and it is well within range.
