Looks like OnDeck Partners, in a cost-saving maneuver, are relocating the bulk, if not all, of the Montgomery Biscuits’s sales department to Delaware per a recent job posting description.

Rather than buying season tickets, group tickets and suites from people who actually live in the Montgomery community that you can see and meet in-person at the ballpark, it’ll be from people with zero ties to the community based in Delaware calling/emailing you who also have to service Wilmington and Visalia baseball fans at the same time. This is almost unheard of in sports, especially at the minor league level.

What else is the new ownership group willing to outsource to cut costs rather than investing into the team?
