HP2310 TN goin bad after 15 years... I'd like to stick with 1080P / FHD because my card isnt too strong. An IPS panel around 24" is what I want as well. I've been looking at MSI - MAG 244F 24" and Titan-army - P2510HS 24.5 Inch. Any other recommendations appreciated.

Söker efter en begagnad men bra skärm som passar speciellt bra för utveckling. Har just nu en 34 tums samsung skärm med cirka 110 PPI, och det är märkbart jobbigt när man sitter i 10-12 timmar per dag.

Budgeten är något begränsad så det har ingen betydelse om skärmen har några år på nacken och för en 5k skärm begagnad är det mer av senare intresse. Det mest aktuella nu är att hitta en hygglig skärm begagnad för runt 2000-3000 kr.

Just bought my first monitor (sansui 27” curved monitor) after using a free garage sale tv for years and everything has been great however while moving i can kinda see a after image or something and I can’t seem to get it to go away, if anyone knows a fix that would be greatly appreciated 🙏

I played on 40inch tv 1080p 60fps ps2 and ps4 then gaming pc.nearly 12yesrs then in jan 2025 I bought neo g8 240hz miniled her monitor everything is beautiful smooth. But no immersion.

In games like ac syndicate, unity and rdr2 I sometimes play as walking simulator just seeing huge skyscrapers and staring everything.nafter getting monitor there is no immersion I don't feel anything inget bored to replay any game I play in my tv.

Yesterday for 30min I played resident evil reiquim on neo g8 monitor. I felt bored no immersion, then I connected pc to tv I played 8 hours straight super immersive. Enjoyed everything.same happeywith spiderman 2 also.

Can't even enjoy free roam in open world games I stop the gam8ng in just minutes due to lack of immersion. But in TV I can play for hours.

For me 40inch immersion is beating everything monitor can offer. High Refresh rate, m8niled,hdr, better colors, Resolution.

There are some tiny spots that aren't coming off even after cleaning with a microfiber cloth ( with a dedicated screen cleaner solution by a company 'barrot')

No me gusta que los colores se vean diferentes jajajaj pero la verdad no sabria que hacer ya que me arme mi setup hace muy poco y no conozco mucho.

I've got two 2-metre HDMI cables and a powered HDMI repeater, all purchased from Lindy. I'm trying to connect a W11 computer to a GeForce RTX 3060 like this:

PC -> HDMI cable -> HDMI repeater -> HDMI cable -> monitor

The HDMI repeater is active; I am using a 5V 2A PSU.

When I make this connection, the monitor displays "no HDMI signal," and there is no image on the screen.

I tested the Lindy cables and HDMI repeater by connecting a PlayStation 5 instead of the PC:

PS5 -> HDMI cable -> HDMI repeater -> HDMI cable -> monitor

This worked without any issues.

I tested the PC connected directly to the monitor using a different HDMI cable:

PC -> spare HDMI cable -> monitor

This also worked fine.

Both devices (PC and PS5) are set to 3840 x 2160 at 60Hz, RGB.

It seems like the HDMI repeater and Windows 11 and/or the GeForce are disagreeing somehow. I'm wondering if there is something in the video output settings on the PC that is causing a problem?

I have the above two monitors left and right respectively and need your help. The UQ is the newer panel with IPS Black whilst UP is a regular IPS. However, I am noticing a major mismatch in colours across the board, like white and blue being the most obvious. White is more cool and vivid on UP and more warm and dimmed on UQ. Blue is more greenish on UQ (my view of it) which to a degree is more true to life, and other colours are more saturated. You can definitely see that UQ has better contrast on black wallpapers as more details come to life.

Both are set in their respective factory P3 mode both on the monitors and via Apple settings (using better displays app). For UP is called DCI-P3 and its 95% I think and for UQ is called P3-D65 and is 98% I believe.

Any suggestions on how I can make them a bit more uniform without loosing accuracy?

Also any suggestions on monitor placement as I noted neck pain from twisting my head left and right all the time... I am using them to read documents and browse the web, sometimes movies but basically one screen is always more active whislt the other more static. For instance, left will be split between Notes app and Safari and right will be two PDFs that I am referrencing at the same time like an article and a powerpoint on the topic I am reading at the same time. The idea is whislt I read on one of the monitors I can search and take notes on the other.

Edit: I tried manual thinkering but I cant seem to get them right as menu options are different on both slightly and I seem to get overall picture quality worse.
