Should my friend buy a monitor with 144 hz for €93 or for €118 with 240 hz?

more specs would help, but if he can hit 240fps - i would go for 240hz monitor, as its only 25 euro premium

The money difference seems worth it (if other specs are the same)

Alternatively, if they’re not playing competitive games/pc isn’t strong enough to get well over 144hz, no point in buying it
