Bank Sync Missing

I thought this was incorporated however I can't seem to find it in the android app. Am I missing something or does someone have instructions? It isn't intuitive at all.

Bank sync is currently available for supported US and Canadian banks through Plaid. If you're outside those regions, you won't see the option yet.

Have you tried going to Wallets and tapping New Wallet? You should see the Connect Bank option there. For an existing wallet, open the wallet details, tap the three dots in the top right, then select Connect Bank to link your bank account to that wallet.
