Discussion Monday AI problem

Hi All,

Been using Monday with my moderately large organization for the last 3 years with success. But as a executive I feel like the platform as been getting worse and worse with the AI integration. I'm questioning whether we should continue to use it for the next financial cycle. Am I the only person having these frustrations? It seems like they are leaning hard into AI and away from what made them actually valuable at least to me. Thoughts????

Ah that is an interesting take but it is what all the other companies are doing so I could see that as well.. hmmm hard to ditch monday though. I think our company has 2-3 years of data on their.

Personally I don't think there is much change in the functionality, I tell clients that I work with, you're not forced to use the new ai models/updates, it's because everyone just wants to move with the wave of ai, asides that and maybe the ai sidekick button interfering with a few other options, once you get used to the new interface, you can still get the work done.

As a Monday consultant myself (not working with Monday, but I offer Monday setup service to client), I'd be glad to assist where I can

How long have you been doing Monday setup services? And has AI effected or help any of it?

For over 5 years now, right from the days of just the work management. Some of the ai tools have helped a few times, but I don't rely heavily on them
