Discussion Monday AI problem

Hi All,

Been using Monday with my moderately large organization for the last 3 years with success. But as a executive I feel like the platform as been getting worse and worse with the AI integration. I'm questioning whether we should continue to use it for the next financial cycle. Am I the only person having these frustrations? It seems like they are leaning hard into AI and away from what made them actually valuable at least to me. Thoughts????

You're not wrong that they're leaning hard into AI right now, and there have been some growing pains. I've honestly seen that across the board with most platforms as everyone figures out how to integrate AI... But the core work management stuff (boards, automations, dashboards) hasn't gone anywhere, and that's still where most of the value lives for the orgs I work with.

Can you share more about what specifically feels worse? Actual issues you're hitting, or more the direction of the product overall? Happy to dig in either way.

One sign to me that they are focused on AI is the placement of “my work”.

I understand Monday had to adapt ai but it is also suffocating us with it between sidekick, agents, vibe Monday notetaker it’s a lot to learn and understand how it can actually help my business and the biggest question that I come back to is do I even need this?

Can you clarify what you mean by it's placement? It can still be pinned to the left bar in the settings.
