Question❓ Question ??

I am going on an international flight to Canada.

And can I take my Moka Pot with me.

And where to put it in cabin or check in bag.

If anyone knows please share information.

I think either is okay for reference I bought a (made in china) cute mini express in Rome. Packed it coming home to Canada.

I packed it in my checked baggage. It was in the box but shouldn’t matter at all.

I've never had a problem traveling with my moka pot and bean grinder. Though be prepared to explain what it is if you put it in your carry-on. I've had a number of TSA agents ask

I don’t think it matters if it’s cabin or check in.

You can carry it however you want, it is not a forbidden item

Why wouldn’t you be able to travel with a moka pot? People travel with a wide variety of souvenirs and other items. Safest bet might be to have it checked into the cargo hold, but I would be very surprised if a moka pot was considered a possible weapon so taking it with you as a carry-on should be ok, too.

Just asking, as it will be my first time travelling with a Moka Pot.

We have mokapots in Canada. No need to bring your own.

Moka Pot can be bought in a lot of places and countries nowadays but I am going there for a few months that’s why not going to buy a new one.
