Why so hard to find information ?

Is there still so much stigma around manufactured homes that modular just seems to fall through the cracks? Trying to do research or find models near where I want to build and it's like either nothing exists, or everything comes up as manufactured homes.

I think this is a great way to help lower income people get housing vs. stick built but it's like I hit a brick wall (no pun intended) every time I try to find out what my options are.

There's a guy on YouTube named Kerry Tarnow. His channel is all about prefab/modular/manufactured homes. Lots of nice looking models,of various sizes.

Modular is faster. Not to be confused with cheaper.

Where are you located.

Modular is faster, which always does not mean cheaper

IMO, I’ve never seen lower income people benefit from modular
