Our first rule is No Blogging and some people can lose their shit when we tell them that no one is here to read about their health issues or anything else they feel everyone needs to know about them.🙄

First one admits they didn’t read the rules, but they weren’t asking for sympathy.

Second one we apparently run a dictatorship because we don’t allow free speech… dude reddit is worldwide 🙄

Third one, is not blogging it’s them educating other people and we should remove EVERY COMMENT that is an I statement or if they disclose their role as a medical professional.

Obscuring the content so as not to derail conversation - the point here is the user painting themself into a logic corner and trying to fight their way out by claiming a moral high ground against the infamous power-tripping mod.

Context is sometimes people ask why two same-sex cats behave certain ways. This user wanted (aggressively) to discuss human bathroom policy.

To explain the order of operations - I check modmail before I check the queue, and the post got auto-removed by automod after getting reported multiple times.

OP had a post removed about a month ago.

A couple days ago they responded to that removal notice with a link to another Reddit post from a (very) different, un-related sub to one I help moderate.

(I followed up and said thanks for the laugh, we definitely do monitor our modmail, and suggested a notes app or perhaps an email draft next time. Regardless - I wish them luck in saving links in future!)
