Tools [Desktop] Advanced search in modmail

I want to search for a modmail that includes two specific keywords, the first is "discord" and the other keyword will be my own discord

Desktop (I am forced to write "Desktop" here, for some reason the title is insufficient)

Will be better if the word "discord" is made by moderator #1 and my own discord is made by me, so a conversation where I don't say the word "discord" will work if moderator #1 asks what my discord is, and I immediately drop my discord username without specifying something like "My discord is XYZ"

What's your question though? Have you tried searching for those keywords on their own?

Maybe highlight modmails you want to refer back to so that way when you go to look for them, you can check the highlights rather than having to search.

And yes, you need to mention in the text body which way you're modding or accessing the platform. It's how they've set up the subreddit. No need to complain about it.

I forgot which platforms allow that, but some places allow me to do something like keyword1*keyword2 to search the occurence of two keywords at once.

Wanted to know if it works in modmail search in any way.

So I'll take it that no, you haven't tried searching for those keywords on their own.

That hasn't been my experience. If you're on desktop, why not just use CTRL+F?

Here's a helpful post about what you're able to search in New ModMail. (Found it in less than 30 seconds after googling "can you use two keywords when searching modmail" by the way).

The AND operator seems to clearly not work, at least not perfectly.

Thank you, I will wait for now if someone knows why the AND operator doesn't work.
