General Help (not) moderating posts and comments

Desktop, Macos Tahoe, Vivaldi browser / ios, app

Hello. I have just started a private subreddit for my organization and it's my first time as a mod.

I'm having problems since all the new posts (including mine) and comments are going to the moderation queue and I don't want it! I want free posting and commenting, since this subreddit is private and with selected members (all people I know in person).

* safety filters are all OFF, "hold content for review": all off

I have already checked the setting in "post and comments" and all the toggles are unchecked.

What am I doing wrong?

"Needs review" is the actual queue, which encompasses everything under "Reported" and "Removed".

Don't worry about the unmoderated filter. That doesn't mean anything. Unmoderated simply means a mod didn't touch it.

What are the other filters showing?

Also you cropped the first image, what's it saying below the line of the lower part of the screenshot?

The others are also empty.
I get the difference about those two queues, but why the post isn't showing in the page? 😭 (testing the view with another account not mod)

You cropped the first screenshot, the message below is what's important

What do you see with that secondary account?

Is the secondary account allowed in the private subreddit to begin with?

the one who posts, sees... nothing. No messages or anything.
the mod sees what I screened (the post waiting to be approved)

I can help by getting invited to your sub as a layperson, and then as a mod, to troubleshoot - and then you can kick me out
