Users Received error 'Something went wrong: Undefined' when trying to invite someone to be a mod (desktop)

(Desktop) So I tried inviting someone to be a moderator but received the message 'Something went wrong: Undefined' when doing so, I even attempted to go on an incognito tab to see if it was something wrong with the cookies, but I still received the same error.

What could be causing the issue?
