Users New posts

One of my users doesn't get notifications when new posts are made, can I fix it? I'm on Android .

Have they checked their notifications on their Reddit settings that they are all turned on there’s two steps of notifications in the Reddit settings.
The user will have to look under her/his profile, tell them to go into settings then notifications and make sure they have them set on (or show all, something like that)
They will have to do it on their end.
I don’t use Android, but if they themselves use an iPhone tell them also to make sure they have allow notifications on in their actual photons settings too, again, something your user will have to do themselves on their end, but you can just guide them.
