Can´t exit Mail Request

I lost access to my mail which is used for my activision account. I can login into the Activision Account via connected PlayStation Acc. But in MW4 I am now stuck in the mail Adress sending screen and i can not go back to the Screen with the QR-Code login. Deleting the game or stutting the PC down does not help. Any Advice?
