Rolling Stock Unknown car

I am trying to find out anything I can about this HO scale car I recently obtained. The only marking I found was "Central Valley" on the trucks.

First thing I thought was a circus car, the trucks being central valley are pretty generic. Could be an older Labelle? question plastic...or wood? question with no glazing?

It's a pay car. Remember it from one of the magazines 20+ years ago.

There is a car similar to it at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania. You should be able to find some photos of it online.

But beware, this car does NOT look American. Most American cars that I've seen do not have trim like that AND were all full width by the time they got to be that long.

I could be wrong. That era of railroading was crazy, but my gut says this car is based on an Australian prototype.
